What is a good store for makeup like eyeliner?

i am 13, but everyone makes fun of me for not wearing makeup. Dont tell me im too young, i just need to know what store would be best to buy eyeliner, mascara, and eyeshadow. Thank youWhat is a good store for makeup like eyeliner?
I'd have to say your favorite drugstore.

Use a line of Cosmetics you like!

If you get teased, avoid black eye liner, blush and eyeshadow.

You'll never be wearing to much make up.

If anyone says anything, you can simply retaliate with 'I'm only wearing a little mascara and eyeliner?'

No worries! :)

Stick to the basics-

try a dark green/brown/purple/blue/etc. eye liner

and a black mascara of your choice.

You'll get the definition you want, appropriate for your age. What is a good store for makeup like eyeliner?
This is what I suggest:

1. Foundation - Milani, Liquid to powder it works so amazingly for like 6$, you can get it @ cvs

2. Blush- Nars Orgasm or Super Orgasm, which you can get @ sephora or most department stores for 25$

3. Eyeliner is pretty much the same for any place so i reccomend just getting like 5$ waterproof eyeliner

4. I reccomend any Chanel mascera, they all work really well to vamp up your lashes, and before you apply mascerause any primer and an any eyelash curler, you can get a normal one at cvs or better ones at department stores.

5. For eyeshadow, I highly, highly reccomend getting an Urban Decay shadow box, there amazing.Get some dif brushes too, And the shadow box has a bunch of dif shadows and there all really pretty. Its like 30$ at any department store.
im 13 too and started wearing major makeup in 6th grade. if you have the money, mac eyeliner and eyeshadows are amazing. you can buy them at nordstrom. mascara i normally buy just at longs or something. i used to use chanel mascara and it was really good. a good eyeshadow starter makeup, i would buy a little set with about 20 different eyeshadows in it so you can experiment with them. bare essentials has the best foundation i think and LOTS of eyeshadows. you just have to mess around with them for a while.

good luck=)
If you're going to try out makeup for the first time, you need to know how to put it on first.

Eyeliner Tutorial

After watching the tutorial, you'll know which formula you'll want.

For pencils, try Revlon Colorstay Automatic Pencil

For cream liners, try L'Oreal Hip Truth Cream Liner

For mascara, try Maybelline Full n' Soft

For eyeshadow, try Covergirl Eye Enchancers in Champagne

You can get this all at Target =)
Since your just starting out I wouldn't buy MAC or any other high end makeup. For simple makeup just try wallgreens or target, stores like that. I reccomend Lash Stiletto Mascara, Loreal eyeshadows, and any type of soft eye pencil. Since your starting out, start with more natural colors until you get the hang of applying makeup and then go for more dramatic looks. :)
me too! im 13 and my mom freaked out and was like ';why dont you wear makeup?!'; :) Ulta is good. So is Sephora, but its a bit expensive.

a really good brand is Urban Decay to get wacky different colored mascara, eyeliner ( like gold, purple, aqua blue, and lime green!), and they have great eye-popping collers of eyeshadow. (they also have edible body shimmer that tastes like marshmellow!)

hope this helps!
They are just making fun of you so they can show off. You need to ask your mom if it's first okay for you to wear makeup. And you should wear it to enhance your already cute face or to cover up blemishes. You should not wear it just because people make fun of you. If your mom says it's okay, then she will take you shopping to buy some starter stuff like eyeshadow. Talk to your mom about it and see what she says...and do it for the right reasons.
They make fun of you? Awwe. I make fun of the cakefaces =)

Go to a drugstore. They'll have lots of brands like Maybelline, Rimmel, Revlon, etc. All those brands you see commercials for.

I suggest since you're only 16, only to use some eyeliner and mascara. Don't put too much of either on! You'll look like either a raccoon, or have globs of mascara in your eyes. Gross. I use an eyelash curler, then apply eyeliner, then mascara. You'll still be you, but just flaunt your eyes. Which, in my opinion, are the prettiest parts of the face. Oh, and your mouth.

Don't bother with foundation and blush and all that crap. Just makes you look like a cakeface.
Ulta, Sephora - if you want the really good stuff (but more expensive)

but just go to walmart or target, they'll have alot of the same stuff for cheaper. just go with what you like. however at places like ulta and sephora, you can try on before you buy to see if you'll like how it goes on or anything like that :) good luck
first of all that's retarded that they make fun of you for that. Well i know you could go to ride aid they have pretty good stuff surprisingly. Also the make up counter at macy's, and a lot of places in malls.

p.s. don't wear to much make up, i'm a teen and i know that like heavy make up isn't attractive to guys..well at least good guys, and can stario type you as, sorry to say it but a ****/whore. just fyi.
Wal-mart is best placebecausee they have variety of makeup and great prices. That's where i prefer to get my makeup.A place where you can get your color that matches you and helpful assistance are department stores like Belk and Dillard's. But there products are kind of pricy can you can find a bargain.
Well, we have no idea where you live, so we can't help you. Maybe if you said around where you live someone could answer you easier? Because the world is big and full of many different random stores.

Though your never too young to wear makeup. =P
Sephora, M.A.C., Lancome, Clinique. And if they make fun of you again tell them that you don't need to wear makeup cause your beautiful the way you are.
im 10 and i wear makeup. Claire's, Target, CVS, Wal-mart? lol. the best brands would be like CoverGirl or Maybelinne? good luck! and u are NOT too young. im too young. lol. i just wear natural makeup though. and ppl can do watever da heck they want! so, yeahhhhh :)
If you are rich, then Sephora or Nordstrom are really good, and they have a lot of variety. Otherwise, go to a drugstore. Or salons have good medium priced make-up. Good luck.

P.S. I don't think you're too young.
Sephora. Its high quality, and works great. You can get sephora brand or one of the many brands sephora carries. I also recommend Urban Decay.
Ulta. I go there for my make up, and they have everything.

torr:)
I would just start with like Walmart or CVS.. IT is affordable there and lots of selection.. If you want something more expensive.. hmm find a makeup store like Sephora but I would stick with Walmart....
MAC is a really really good brand but its expensive and your only 13..Someone mentioned the dollar store, i'd only get eyeshadow from there..For everything else try Target, that is where I go.
Kohls, Victoria Secret, Sephora
