Good eye makeup in stores?

Alright, I love liquid eyeliner, and neon eyeshadow. But I don't wanna go buy some expensive hottopic stuff. I just want to go somewhere cheapie like target, or something. thank you (if you're helpful, hehe)Good eye makeup in stores?
Maybeline, stick, in the classic red pencil.


L'Oreal liquid foundation or Max Factor.


Max Factor or Cover Girl water proof eye liner, mascara is good.


Love my lips, lipstick, %26amp; nail color, even their lip %26amp; eye liner pencils are pretty good for a dollar.NY Girl, eyes shadow trios, or quads, even just a palette, if your really are into a lot of shadows.

If you can purchase online you can check out coastalscents.com, they have palettes with numerous bright colors that are inexpensive. But, what I would recommend is checking out Ebay, as you can get the same items for cheaper. If you do the Ebay route, just make sure to find a reputable seller- that's the only downside.





Also, on youtube if you search around, they give good reviews on drugstore makeup... that way you know if you're getting something good. Just search cheap drugstore makeup or something.

lash tint by nutrigina its like mascara but it doesn't clump and almay eyeliner i haven't tried their liquid but you can just get it at a CVS
New York Colour makes a good liq. eyeliner for about $2. Cover Girl has a lot of bright eye shadows, as does Max Factor for about $4-8.
