Yea they are...but only if you bought some a long time ago. Also you have to have a reciept from buying the make-up. Idk why the r doing this though. BUT IT ROX!!Is it true that all these stores are giving away makeup?
yup they are free but you dont need to buy somthing to get it. i went after school today and they still had a ton of stuff. all you have to do is sign your name and then you get to pick a prouduct that you want.
unfair they should do that in Australia
