any pharmacy like Shopper's Drug Mart, or Pharma Plus also department stores like The Bay, Sears, Wal Mart and Zellers cary loads of cosmetics and eye shadows in tones of different colours even purples, greens and browns. i think the other poster may have men IDA not IGA (the latter is a grocery store only) there is also a Sephora located in York Dale Mall u may be able to find a brow beater there.
