honestly you can never go wrong @ sephora in ANY city, its all your wildest make-up dreams under one roof. I myself am an urban decay fanatic!!!! Its located on 42nd and Broadway near starbucks so you can be all posh and grab a frappucino on your way home. Yummy!Makeup stores in nyc?
