Try Sephora, Victoria's Secret Beauty, or the beauty section of Bath and Body Works. They're not TOO expensive, and they work really well. =]
Try Sephora, they have a wide selection of makeups. If they're out of your budget, try L'Oreal. They're my favorite cheapie brand right now.
well im 13 and i can wear make-up now...and i use clinque at dillards its really good....and the base is weightless and doesnt clog pores!!!!!! good luck!!!!!!
e.l.f... go to elf.com and you will see tons of stuff for only a dollar. im a makeup artist and believe it or not i have their products in my bag. the only things that suck are the foundations and poweders.
sephora is a really good makeup store. department stores like macys or dillards, sell makeup too!
if you want you can go to a local Sephora if there are any in your area. You can also check out their website for shopping areas or just to look at their online selection.

you can also go to the local makeup counter at the mall. prescriptives is good for foundation and powder and mac is good for lipstick and eyeshadows. good luck.
You can try mabeline it has a very nice quality in its products and they can be found at your local drugstore. Walgreens, CVS, whatever is in your area. Walgreens usually has great sales on their products too.. Like buy two get one free. Good luck

Sephora has all kind of makeup brand low cost and expensive....you might enjoy that store for sure...u can also try ULTA
There is a great brand name on line contact them to see if they have any stores but I think its just on line for now.
