Do stores like Target or Walmart allow you to return makeup if it has been opened?

In other words, if I decide I am dissatisfied with the product after one use, can I return it?Do stores like Target or Walmart allow you to return makeup if it has been opened?
well put it this way if the product isn't fit for the purpose it was designed and you cannot use it really they should give you your money back.

different stores have different policies, but im sure you would be able to return it.Do stores like Target or Walmart allow you to return makeup if it has been opened?
it really depends on the problem with the product. If it is damaged or faulty in some way, or caused an allergic reaction or similar you will find it easy to get a refund or store credit.

However most stores have a no change of mind policy, meaning if you simply decided you dont like or want it they usually wont give you a refund or credit.

Its getting a lot harder to convince stores of the customer is always right rule these days.
I have always been able to return cosmetics at Wal-Mart, don't know about Target.
