Department stores have a great selection, BlueMercury, and drugstores. I think even Bath and Body Works are selling makeup now, too
try department stores.. they have tons of make up counters where you can sample the products like in sephora or ulta. the prices are a bit expensive but your getting a high quality product.





oh and the MAC pro stores. you can still go there if you dont have a pro card. but you'll pay retail price. (just in case you were wondering)





Ive gotta say drug stores too- CVS has some products that are just as good as high end brands. Try the Milani eyeshadows or HIP. you will not be dissopointed.
