It is very unlikely to find a store that does good make up for free. If you go to MAC, they do your make up, but you have to buy at least 45 dollars worth of make up. Although if you are 70 cents short, they will make you buy another item.
Clinque did a makeover on my sister for free- of course they wanted her to purchase something, but she said I have sensitive skin and I would like to wait and see if I have an allergic reaction to it before I buy anything.. what could they do?
go to perisian and pretend ur gonna buy something. then tell them to show u what to do with ur face then look at the makeup.
